Contact info@fiastra.com within 14 calendar days of delivery. After registration, return the item within the period stated in your instructions.
Condition
Items must be unused, complete and returned carefully packed. Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective.
Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Original shipping costs may be excluded where applicable.
Damaged or incorrect item?
Email info@fiastra.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. We will review the situation and help with a replacement, refund or other suitable solution.
