Shipping Policy
Fiastra orders are prepared in the Netherlands and shipped with tracking wherever possible. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders are normally prepared within 1-2 business days. During busy periods, preparation can take slightly longer.
Delivery estimates
Benelux deliveries are often around 1 day after dispatch. European deliveries are usually 3-5 days. Worldwide deliveries can take up to 9 days.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a track and trace link after your order has been dispatched.
Need to change an address?
Email info@fiastra.com as quickly as possible. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, address changes may no longer be possible. For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply.
